By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the &#8220;Terms&#8221;). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By registering, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. This agreement is legally binding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Scope of the Platform<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Platform is an online service that connects job seekers &amp; students (&#8220;Job Seekers&#8221;) with employers or recruiters (&#8220;Employers&#8221;). We provide tools to facilitate job postings, applications, and communication. However, we do not act as an employer or recruitment agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1 <strong>Job Seekers:<\/strong> You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.2 <strong>Employers:<\/strong> You must have the authority to represent the company or organization on whose behalf you are using the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.3 By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. User Accounts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1 To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide accurate and complete information during registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep your account credentials confidential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are deemed fraudulent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Use of the Platform<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1 <strong>Prohibited Activities:<\/strong> You agree not to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Post false or misleading information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transmit viruses or other harmful technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.2 <strong>Content Guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Job postings must be clear, accurate, and lawful.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Profiles must not include offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Payment and Fees<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1 <strong>For Employers:<\/strong> Certain features, such as premium job postings, may require payment. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6<em>.2 <\/em><em><strong>For User Registration (Job Seeker):<\/strong><\/em><em> Activation of your online will require payment, which will give you access to the features, such as premium job postings &amp; contracts. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.3 <strong>Payment Terms:<\/strong> All payments must be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Platform are owned by <em>SAFoodtech (Pty) Ltd<\/em> or licensed to us. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Disclaimers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.1 The Platform is provided &#8220;as is&#8221; and &#8220;as available&#8221; without any warranties of any kind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.2 We do not guarantee:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Job placements or hiring outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The accuracy or reliability of user-generated content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.3 We are not responsible for any disputes between Job Seekers and Employers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the fullest extent permitted by law, <em>SAFoodtech <\/em>and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Termination<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violating these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Governing Law<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by the laws of <em>South Africa<\/em>, without regard to its conflict of law principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. Changes to These Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>13.
